These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkr188 ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pkr188 website at pkr188.net and all associated services. Please read this Agreement carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing pkr188, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

All financial transactions on pkr188 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your own name. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit unless a verified alternative is approved by our payments team.
All pkr188 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, game restrictions, and expiry periods stated at the point of offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met. pkr188 may require you to affirmatively confirm your acceptance of these terms at key stages — including registration, first deposit, and after any material update to the Agreement. Your acceptance at those stages is in addition to, and does not replace, the ongoing acceptance that results from your continued use of the platform.
To register and maintain a pkr188 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:
pkr188 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for the refusal. Registration does not create any right to use the platform if eligibility conditions are not met.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pkr188 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account.
pkr188 will never contact you by any channel — including email, live chat, SMS, or telephone — to request your account password. Any communication claiming to be from pkr188 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
You agree to notify pkr188 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account, any disclosure of your login credentials to a third party, or any other security breach. pkr188 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have delayed reporting a suspected breach.
KYC Verification: pkr188 is required by its licensing obligations to verify the identity, age, and payment details of all Players. You agree to provide, on request and without delay, any of the following documents:
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete. pkr188 may impose temporary transaction limits on unverified accounts. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.
Deposits: pkr188 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. All deposits must be funded from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned minus any applicable transaction charges.
Deposits are credited to your pkr188 balance upon confirmation from the payment provider. pkr188 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider, including but not limited to system outages, public holidays, or internal fraud holds imposed by the payment provider.
Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. pkr188 does not charge a fee on standard withdrawals, although your payment provider may impose their own charges.
Expected processing timelines are as follows:
pkr188 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, which will not exceed 5 business days in normal circumstances, the withdrawal may be held pending. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
pkr188 will not process withdrawals to payment methods or bank accounts that are not registered in the Player's verified name. Requests to withdraw to third-party accounts will be declined and may trigger a fraud investigation.

All promotions are governed by the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of a conflict between the specific promotion terms and this Agreement, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pkr188's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to pkr188 in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits pkr188's liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
pkr188 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where a proposed change is material — meaning it significantly alters the rights or obligations of Players — pkr188 will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via the registered email address on your account and a prominent notice on the pkr188 website before the change takes effect.
For non-material updates — such as typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter substantive rights, or updates required to comply with a change in applicable law effective immediately — pkr188 may update the Agreement without advance notice, with the change taking effect upon publication.
Your continued use of pkr188 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not accept a proposed amendment, you must cease using the platform and close your account before the effective date. Pending withdrawals that have already been approved will be processed regardless of account closure.
The version number and effective date at the top of this document indicate the currently applicable version. Previous versions of the Agreement are available on request by contacting pkr188 support.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pkr188 holds its gaming licence, without reference to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution Process: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with pkr188 through the following internal process:
pkr188's decision on matters of game result, bonus settlement, and account security — where those decisions are made in good faith and in accordance with these terms — shall be final and binding unless an error is demonstrated through the formal dispute resolution process above.
